Course

Our course is designed to prepare students for the minimum entry-level requirements to obtain Class A CDL certificates.

The course includes an in-class, yard, and on the road instructional training. We help prepare you for final road tests that are administered.by independent 3rd patty examiners.

We don’t just kick you out the door once you have completed our truck driving school. After passing your driving test, we assist you in getting in the door of some of the top trucking companies in the country!.

CDL A

Michigan Truck Driving CDL-A Program is a 162-hour program that includes a thorough and balanced split between:

Classroom Training
Yard Training
On The Road Training

This program is certified and meets or exceeds the basic hiring criteria for major truckload freight companies seeking drivers. The program includes the 160-hour curriculum, provides additional behind-the-wheel training, as well as eligibility for the Hazmat endorsement. We recommend this course for students that have never driven a manual transmission vehicle.

CDL B

All-Stars’ CDL B Program is an 80-hour program that includes a thorough and balanced split between:

Classroom Training
Yard Training
On The Road Training

We cover general knowledge, air brakes, pre and post-trip inspections, and on the road navigation through various types of roadways. We also train students on how to perform procedures such as straight-line backing, the 45 degrees pull up, 90-degree alley docking, the right-hand turn, coupling, and uncoupling of the trailer, and sliding of the tandems.
